ULTIMATE PARFAIT

1/4 cup of strawberries or Kimmel's strawberry jam

1/2 cup of yogurt

1/4 cup of granola

Take a 1/2 pint jar and first fill the bottom with granola. After that, fill the middle with yogurt. Then spoon in some delicious strawberries or strawberry jam. Finish it off with cool whip if preferred and enjoy!

JALAPENO JAM/CREAM CHEESE DIP

8 ounces of fat free cream cheese

1 jar of Kimmel's jalapeno jam

1 box of crackers

Take a 8 inch pan or plate, lightly coat the bottom of the plate evenly with cream cheese. Then spoon out the jalapeno jam on top of the cream cheese about a 1/2 inch thick. Slide your cracker through the dip, and dig in!

CHERRY MUFFINS

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup white sugar

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 teaspoons of salt

1/3 cup of vegetable oil

1/3 cup of milk

1 egg

1 cup of pitted Kimmel cherries

1 tablespoon of white sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, line a muffin tin with paper liners. Mix flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Whisk oil, milk, and egg in a small bowl. Pour into flour mixture, stir gently until incorporated. Fold cherries into the batter.

Spoon batter into the muffin cups, filling each 2/3 of the way full. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar on top. Bake muffins in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

APPLE CIDER FLOAT

10 ounces of Kimmel's apple cider

1 tub of fat free vanilla ice cream

1 can of whipped cream

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Scoop two scoops of ice cream into a chilled 16 ounce glass. Fill the glass to the top with apple cider. Add whipped cream to the top of the glass. Sprinkle on some cinnamon and grab a straw or spoon!

CAJUN/JERK CHICKEN WINGS

1 bag of uncooked wings

1 bottle of Kimmel's cajun or jerk seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Get a flat cookie sheet, line with aluminium foil. Put wings on the sheet about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle on as much seasoning as you would like. Bake for 25 minutes, flip each wing and put back in oven for an additional 15-20 minutes. If available, finish them off in the air fryer for that extra crisp!

JALAPENO NACHOS

1 jar of Kimmel's candied jalapenos

1 bag of reduced fat shredded fiesta blend cheese

1 bag of baked tortilla chips

Get a plate and fill it up with the baked tortilla chips. Add a generous amount of shredded cheese. Put in the microwave for 25 seconds. Top the nachos with the candied jalapenos and ole!

FRESH STRAWBERRY SALAD

1 bag of spinach

1 bottle of Kimmel's strawberry dressing

1 cup of pecans

1 block of feta cheese

Grab a bowl and throw in some spinach for the base of your salad. Add the pecans and crumble up some feta cheese. Add 2 tablespoons of strawberry dressing, mix well. Add some fresh strawberries for the extra goodness!
