Mead Workshop

This workshops objective is to encourage both complete novice, small scale and medium scale mead makers to be equipped with the knowledge to expand their trade in the Great Plains Region. This course will focus on both the honey aspect as well as the art of mead making and it will even touch on the legality of going commercial. It truly has everything to offer for both the novice and intermediate mead maker as well as anyone who is just interested in getting into this fascinating skillset.
